Roommate wanted for a two bedroom/three bathroom townhouse in Rosewood.
Move in is May 1st and I'm hoping for someone who can sign a year lease.
I'm potentially also open to a summer sublet and someone who can sign a lease for 9/1 Located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from USC and 5 minutes from Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, Earth Fare, and Publics.
There is one off street parking spot for you as well as guest parking.
The kitchen has an electric stovetop, oven, and dishwasher.
There is a free washer/dryer next to the bedrooms.
You would have an ensuite bathroom and access to a shared half bath off of the living room.
The room gets afternoon light and haa a good sized closet.
There's room for a queen sized bed, bed side table, dresser, and desk.
There is a shared attic off of your room with some additional storage.
The house is fully furnished.
The bedroom is currently unfurnished but could be available furnished for a slightly higher rent.
There is a shared back patio.
Utilities are not included in the rent
and cost about $150 per person, depending on usage.
About me: I'm a graduate student at USC working on my dissertation.

In my free time I like to read, write, craft, cook, walk with my dog, and explore the Southeast.
I'm queer and nonbinary in my 30s.
I'm fairly quiet and have friends over sometimes for dinner.
I go to bed and get up early.
I try to be quiet in the mornings and don't mind if you stay up late as long as you're respectful about noise.
I have a long distance partner who occasionally visits for the weekend.
I'm not a great deep cleaner but I like my spaces tidy and clutter free.
I have a Roomba to keep floors clean of dog hair.
The house comes with Basil, a sweet-as-can-be 6-year-old lab Beagle mix.
She's chill in her middle age and loves nothing more than snuggles.
I'm hoping you like dogs and see living with her as a bonus.
Unfortunately, Basil isn't good with cats or dogs.
A caged pet that stays in your room is ok.

I love to cook and am happy to cook for you or share meals sometimes.
We don't need to be best friends but I'd like to be friendly and chat sometimes.
I'm looking for someone who will help take out the trash and keep the shared spaces clean and split basic house costs like dishsoap and paper towels.
I'm open to sharing kitchen basics if you'd like to.
I'm fine with friends over sometimes but am not interested in parties or people over all the time.
I'm hoping you appreciate a calm, tidy home.
Accessibility: There are no steps to enter the front door but the bedroom and full bath are on the second floor.
There are a few steps down to the back patio.
The house is smoke free but I do burn candles and use some scented products.
