Hello, I'm a Female that's very clean, I'm a easy-going person, usually easy to get along with and I stay to myself for the most part.
I'm looking for a "FEMALE" Roommate that's "clean", also and friendly to share my 2Bedroom/2Baths Mobile Home with me.
It's located in the Montgomery area near the Air base, Shopping Stores, Gas Stations,Restaurants,etc.
This is my spare Bedroom.
The room is a"unfurnished" Bedroom so you would need to provide your own furniture for it.
It's a nice size Bedroom and it's clean also.
You'll have a full size bathroom as well.
NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside however you can smoke outside.
You'll have access to the living area,kitchen,etc.
$350 Rent a month PLUS the shared utilities expenses.
You MUST be employed (You'll need to provide proof of this before you're able to move in) and You MUST be able to pass a "Criminal Background" check (You'll need to provide proof of this before you're able to move in also).
