Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Accounts for the first impression that a client or potential client receives concerning the Credit Union and the Wealth Management department.
Supports and adheres to member service standards.
Adheres to the professional standards set by MAX's Personnel Policy Manual regarding attendance, personal grooming, and member relations.
Receives client queries on services and accounts, processes paperwork and check orders all while striving for quality member service.
Cross offers MAX products while striving to meet client’s needs or refers clients to appropriate personnel for further assistance.
Performs all administrative functions of the Wealth Management department.
Assist with opening accounts as needed.
Schedules appointments for Wealth Management personnel.
Performs MSR duties as needed to maintain skills.
Pays meticulous attention to details when preparing required daily summaries, processing daily check orders and processing paperwork.
Assists in maintaining department appearance, supplies, marketing materials and display racks.
Directs traffic within department and monitors phone calls and voicemails for advisors.
Supports and adheres to member service standards.
Maintains a member first mindset.
Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
Completes all training as required.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
