Mission:
Quantum is currently seeking a qualified individual to provide professional support as an Assistant Program Executive Officer – International.
The APEO for International Programs coordinates international activities for and on behalf of the PEO, issues guidance and assistance to PEO and PMs relative to FMS case development and management and provides situational awareness to the PEO on potential and upcoming FMS buys.
In addition, the APEO develops international business strategy and maintains oversight of foreign disclosure activities.
The APEO also provides guidance and support for the development of bilateral and multilateral Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and Memoranda of Agreement (MOA).
APEO International manages the FMS administrative and travel fund budget for PEO M&S.
These funds pay for standard level of service support related to the FMS mission.
APEO International conducts quarterly reviews and annual reconciliation of the overall budget within PEO M&S based upon input from PMOs and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports & Cooperation (DASA DE&C).
Responsibilities:
Entry/junior level technical specialist to coordinate administrative requirements and technical documents to be staffed/edited in support of programs for the International Team.
management of technical documents/manuals.
Review the different flow charts for releases and track the packages/presentations/tasks as they prepare to be submitted for presentation.
Conduct program analysts as directed.
Provide updates to programs.
manage staffing of internal documents and reports.
Individual is expected to make edits to proposed positions and present to the Government lead for adjudication.
Accuracy and attention to detail is key.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, to include Microsoft Project.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college / university.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
