We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Store Lead plays an integral role of leading the team in achieving shift targets specific to cost control, safety, food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service for the retail store.
They ensure we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came! In this role, you can expect to: Be a leader and inspire your team to meet and exceed shift targets (including safety, food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service) and improve the potential of the retail store.
Focus on fast and friendly customer service, good product knowledge, up-beat atmosphere, etc.
