Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment - Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse needs - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior Experience: - Previous experience working in a daycare or early intervention setting is preferred - Experience working with children of various ages, from toddlers to school-aged children - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education - Strong literacy education skills, including reading instruction and language development - Proficiency in math instruction, including basic math concepts and problem-solving skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required) - Teaching certification or licensure (preferred) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
