The Department of Biology and Environmental Sciences at Auburn University at Montgomery is seeking to fill two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions.
The new positions will enhance existing research strengths in cell and molecular biology to support a proposed interdisciplinary MS program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Preference will be given to candidates pursuing research topics that emphasize training in fields related to biomedicine or biotechnology.
Applicants must have a Ph.
D.
(relevant postdoctoral experience preferred) and will be expected to develop a funded research program involving undergraduate and graduate students.
The successful applicants also will participate in undergraduate and graduate instruction.
