POSITION SUMMARY:
This position delivers education, mentoring, and assessments in the area of Cross-Cultural Negotiations to students at Air University.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver high-quality instruction in assign courses.
This includes preparing and delivering lectures, facilitating class discussions, and creating and grading assignments, quizzes, and exams.
Develop, modify, and update course materials and curriculum, at times in cooperation with curriculum developers, subject matter experts, researchers, and other Air University personnel.
Engage actively with students to provide academic support, feedback on student work, and address student questions and/or concerns.
Assess student performance and provide grades/feedback in a fair and timely manner.
This involves maintaining accurate records of student progress, following Air University policies, and providing constructive feedback to students.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
Must have a Masters or PhD in Cross-Cultural Negotiations and/or acknowledged expertise in the appropriate experience area.
Must be certified in Microsoft Office 2019 Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or perform to that level of proficiency.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
May be required to use computer screen for extensive periods of time.
Extended working hours and travel may be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
Master's degree in International Relations or related field;
Demonstrated experience engaging with senior leaders at institutions of higher education (IHE);
At least five years Program/Project management experience in a IHE;
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools;
Experience with assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of instruction
Experience with designing collaboration, learning, and adaptation (CLA) activities
