The Academic Program Coordinator provides administrative support and manages a variety of academic and departmental processes for the William H.
Carr School of Accountancy.
The position reports to the Director, Carr School of Accountancy.
Duties and responsibilities include:
general office duties; internship and recruiting responsibilities and duties; event planning activities and duties; student support; scholarship assistance; supervise Accounting Graduate Assistant; schedule, coordinate, and plan meetings; assist with faculty meetings; responsible for all recordkeeping and filing of required contracts an essential recordkeeping information; maintain budgets for the Carr School of Accountancy; assist faculty as needed (e.
g.
, test proctoring); and assist visitors to the Carr School of Accountancy.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of customer service experience
