```Duties```
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with calendar management for executives and staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment, supplies, and services
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills
-Dispatching experience
-Loading POD to Brokers
-Managing Truck documents, truck logs, driver eta's,
-Managing emails/ spread sheets
-Manage the filings for the company's legal documents
