*Summary:*
ER Specialist should be involved in assisting ER Assistant Manager in carrying out ER tasks.
ER Specialist needs to have strong communication skills and positive work attitude.
They must be a team player and be able to move around to different facilities at a moment's notice.
They must maintain a level of communication with other employees, and be proactive to the needs of the department.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assisting the ER asst.
manager with reviewing the ongoing programs, and maintaining them.
- Responsible for directing communications dictated by the ER manager to employees: bulletin board, newsletter, calling employees, contacting teams, regularly updating ADP, sending notices via e-mail, creating posters.
- Assisting with logistics of events, luncheons, signed message cards, buying snacks and materials for seminars, events, etc.
- Regularly maintaining TMOM / SMOQ prizes, getting plaques, picking up items for our employees.
- Seven (7) day new employee work evaluation.
- Assisting with appreciation gestures for employees.
- Create reports requested by manager.
- Creating PO forms.
- Ordering items and supplies requested by manager.
- Assisting with Drug Testing for company.
- Assisting manager with small tasks such as mailing, purchasing, sending, receiving, and other clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $54,000.
