The Patient Registration, Team Lead shall be responsible for monitoring the day?to?day department activity of the Patient Registration department.
This individual shall provide training and in-service education to employees.
The Team Lead will provide a work schedule to meet staffing requirements.
This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required.
Previous knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures.
BLS required Must be able to maintain positive public relations image in all medical staff and interdepartmental communications.
Must relate to physicians, coworkers and patients in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner.
Is expected to participate in a team effort to accomplish department goals, must be willing to rearrange schedules according to department needs.
Must be able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
