Shift Leader

Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift staff - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met - Assist with bartending duties, including preparing and serving beverages - Coordinate banquet events, ensuring smooth execution - Prepare and serve coffee beverages as per customer requests Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards - Experience in bartending and banquet operations is a plus - Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is desirable - Understanding of restaurant management practices - Previous experience as an assistant manager or in food service management is beneficial We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
