```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow during the shift
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in food preparation and cooking when needed
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure consistency in operations

- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
