```Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and Christian Executive Director to lead our organization.
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve our mission and goals.
```Duties```
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to the organization, ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic plan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Lead business development efforts to secure funding and partnerships to support organizational growth
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach and impact in the community
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
- Lead project management efforts to ensure timely completion of key initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
```Experience```
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong background in process improvement, business development, strategic planning, project management, and operations management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving organizational goals
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.
00 - $43,000.
