A Bake Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver operational excellence and following budget plan to control costs and expenses.
They are responsible for the overall results of the bakers according to the Dunkin Donuts standards, LFO standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Will be required to bake in your home store a minimum of 5 nights per week and do weekly inspections on your area stores.

Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity and quality standards
Complete visits and implement plans to drive improvements
Profitability
Control costs to help maximize profitability
Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
Execute new product roll-outs including team training
Set labor and waste goals and track results
Skills/Qualifications
Fluent in English
Math and financial management
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
Ability to work overnights.
Occasional day time meetings are required.
Can foresee problems before they occur
A leader and role model for the employees
Previous managerial experience strongly preferred but not required
Excellent leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work well with others and train bakers as needed.
Must have your own form of transportation.
