*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and systems
*Qualifications:*
- *Must have a minimum of 4 years of General Manager experience in restaurant* *management or hospitality management*
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
