Your focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and grow your skills to become a leader in our company! Come join our award winning, fun, and collaborative team! *Responsibilities for Supervisors in Training:* * Leadership training and development for readiness in a supervisory role.
* A willingness to learn how to be a Weed Man Technician * Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications * Perform lawn aerations * Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
* Provide professional, courteous customer service * Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers * Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations * Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded * Clearly communication with your manager and/or supervisor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,700.
00 - $4,000.
