KDS Job ID 2425001 Koniag Data Solutions (KDS), a Koniag Government Solutions (KGS) company, has an immediate opening for a Test Manager with a secret clearance to provide and manage test support for the AFLCMC/Air Force Identity (AFID) program, previously known as Air Force Directory Services.
The successful candidate will communicate with program stakeholders, development, and operations teams on the planning, management, and status of program testing activities.
This position is located onsite at Gunter AFB, Montgomery, AL.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the software created by development team is bug free, meets requirements, and acceptable for deployment Execute system, integration, and regression testing Execute all tasks related to validation and prioritization for various methodologies such as Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Government Acceptance Testing (GAT), and Qualification Test and Evaluation (QT&E) Prepare and review test plans, test procedures, test cases/test script shells, test reports Prepare test tracking reports Prepare deficiency reports of findings and defects Review/create agile user stories Review technical and functional related documents Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and suitability of testing Schedule tests for deployment Provide test schedules for sprint planning Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations Update continuity documents for test and evaluation plans and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Program Manager QUALIFICATIONS: System testing experience with measurable results Experience with C# and SQL Scripting Ability to apply industry standard system testing procedures and processes Efficient skills in MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint Familiarity with PKI, Toad, SQL Developer, Active Directory and Azure Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work within a team and independently Must be a US citizen with a Secret clearance Contractor must be able and willing to work on-site at Gunter AFB, Montgomery, AL.
Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.
The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
