Responsibilities
Learn about and work in Alfa’s Learning Management System (LMS), including but not limited to coursework, settings, editing/proofing, testing, and any other processes involved in the administration of online or virtual learning.
Complete general administrative duties for the department, including but not limited to Home Office and Online School registrations, hotel reservations, webinar scheduling and set up, manage snack orders as well as snack area, send email reminders, add people to training systems, assist training director, etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Strong written English skills.
Strong communication skills.
Customer oriented (positive attitude, willingness to help, driven, etc.
).
Ability to work well with others – a strong team player.
Attention to detail and organization.
Results oriented.
Ability to lift and carry training materials and equipment up to 40 lbs.
This is a temporary position that will require the incumbent to work 30 – 35 hours Monday – Friday, preferably at least 6 hours per day.
The estimated duration of this temporary assignment is 12-14 weeks (time frame may vary).
Remote work is not permitted.
