BCBA Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor clinical staff with authority
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and impactful re-assessments for clients
Manage a clinically sustainable caseload with finesse
Analyze therapy team data, steering treatment decisions with precision
Update client goals and treatment plans with a strategic mindset
Provide parents with top-notch training and constructive feedback
Collaborate seamlessly with other professionals, as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $70,000.

BCBA Qualifications:
Possession of a BCBA certificate & license (if required in the state of practice)
Unwavering commitment to adhering to company and BACB guidelines and policies
Proven experience in working with children or children with disabilities
BCBA Desired Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with children with autism
Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience
Previous BCBA experience is a plus
Education Requirement:
Master's level degree
