ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Supervise and evaluate performance of restaurant associates.
Assist in the training and development of associates.
Assist associates in the performance of their duties.
Provide information to the Restaurant Asst.
Managers and Manager concerning outlet needs.
Maintain PCH Hotels & Resorts service standards.
Talk with guests concerning special needs or complaints.
Complete end of shift paperwork.
Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work the schedule as defined and overtime as required.
Any problems punching in or out must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
