Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction in the food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure efficient food production.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, making adjustments as needed to meet financial goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food and beverage management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, bartending, cooking, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
