1.
Develop and assure execution of an annual graduate recruitment and admissions plan for Troy Campus with an emphasis on traditional prospects completing undergraduate experiences.
2.
Coordinate regularly with Dean of the Graduate School and AVC of Enrollment Management on admission policy revisions and implementations, special programs, and compliance.
3.
Maintain active working relationships with academic program chairs for ongoing recruitment planning and engagement.
4.
Attend all recruiting events associated with graduate/specialized recruitment.
5.
Target institutions in the region with limited graduate inventories about partnership/articulation opportunities.
6.
Produce performance/activity reports on a scheduled basis, and as needed, to various internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
2.
Minimum of one year of higher education admissions experience
3.
Must have transportation, current valid driver’s license, maintain commercial auto insurance eligibility requirements
4.
Willingness to travel and attend events outside normal business hours (approximately 10% of the time)
5.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
6.
Language fluency in English and Spanish

Recruitment experience at a regional public university
2.
Experience within an admissions CRM system
