The Marketing and Communications Project Manager position is critical to the success of the University’s advertising, marketing and communication efforts.
He or she will interface with other teams including Enrollment Management, IT, Academic Affairs, Alumni Affairs, Development and more, to support the Associate Vice Chancellor for Marketing and Communication in achieving strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or closely related area of study
2.
Minimum of two years of related work experience
3.
Ability to independently write reports suitable for an executive audience
4.
Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5.
Valid state driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
1.
Five or more years of related experience
2.
Experience with presentation creation and delivery
3.
Project management, analytical, and decision-making experience
4.
Experience managing metrics/reporting
5.
History of developing and maintaining strong working relationships

Experience managing small teams

Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet firm deadlines
