The reason I’m looking for this is because I’m a loner, don’t have any friends (by choice).
So the situation I’m looking for is a place to hang out, chill and a change of scenery.
Not really needing a bedroom, just a clean comfortable place and access to the kitchen, bathroom and maybe a deck, patio or backyard.
Must have a large screen tv, cable or satellite even Roku or similar.
Just want to get out of my house for several hours a few times a week and weekends
Maybe grill out or cook something and a little room in fridge.
I’M NOT A DRUNK OR HEAVY DRINKER but I might 3-4 beers or have a couple of drinks.
I wouldn’t have any guests or pets but I do love animals/pets.
I don’t smoke and don’t mind being around it, I’m also 4/20 friendly.
I am clean, respectful, honest and trustworthy.
And I’m very handy around the house so I might even save you some money.
My stats I’m 61 SWM with a great job and truck.
I’m quiet and keep to myself but can be lively and fun.
I don’t care if this situation is with younger or older people and either male or female even couples.
