I am a 35yo male working professional (PhD Scientist), fairly introverted & nerdy, queer, vegetarian, sober/non-smoker, very into bicycles, looking for similar.
OK if you use occasional THC outside or drink socially, but no major party types.
I have a dog (~50lb 8yo AmStaff Mix, very loving) - so must be OK with dogs.
Would consider allowing one dog if they get along, no cats.
I usually head into the office for work, occasionally work from home ~1x/week.
I spend most nights to myself either working late, playing video games or going to the gym.
In warmer weather I'm out riding bikes a lot and gaming less.
Home is 1600sf, 3br/2ba with garage and fenced in backyard.
Gas Heat & AC on smart thermostat, Tankless Hot water, Laundry all work great, magnificent kitchen (see pics).
I have the Master bedroom and master 3/4 bath, you would get an furnished bedroom (~10'x11'), Main Bathroom (shared), and half of another bedroom (currently used as a shared office - Can provide desk/chair if needed).
Garage is perfect for bike storage, 1 parking space in garage, others outside.
Total rent is $466/mo and utilities from the past year (Gas, Elec, Internet, Water) averaged ~$120/mo (Gas more in winter, water more in summer).
- I am open to covering more rent for getting larger room & garage parking.
