I am looking for a female to sublease my room in a townhome about 5 minutes north of Asheville downtown off Merrimon Ave.
It is walkable to UNCA as well.
The room for rent is 15' by 10'7".
All living space and the bathroom is shared.
There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as free parking.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever works better.
My roommate has a lovely cat named Ronald, so no other pets are allowed.
The place is available for June and July, with the ability to renew if you would like to stay.
