*RESPONSIBILITIES*
⬵ Advertising Sales for TPI’s portfolio of products
→ Function as a print and digital sales representative for all TPI products
→ Create multi-media marketing plans based on account budgets and needs
→ Represent the company in a professional manner
→ Be an active, involved and visible part of the community
→ Create a positive work environment through enthusiasm with clients and co-workers
→ Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals
→ Think outside the box, utilize coop opportunities, present spec ads, research the market
→ Exceed customer expectations by maintaining high standard of customer service
→ Address and rectify problems/objections as they occur
→ Adhere to TPI credit policy, keeping account receivables within corporate guidelines
→ Prospect territory account list
⬵ Organizational Daily Agenda
→ Organize your day, your desk, your accounts
→ Work with graphic department for ad copy with goal being award-winning design
→ Think outside the box for new revenue projects
→ Create daily planners mapping out each day’s revenue project(s)
→ Supply design and PBS each day with all components of purchased ad space

→ Base Salary
→ Monthly Commission
