Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder

Responsibilities: - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and supervise retail staff, including providing guidance and feedback - Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies Experience: - Previous experience in retail management or assistant management role preferred - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of store management practices and procedures - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to effectively train, motivate, and lead a team of employees - Experience with payroll processes and employee orientation We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
