* Become a furniture specialist by participating in online and in-person training.
* Present current sales promotions to every customer.
* Understand and present a world class assortment of finance solutions.
* Answer customers’ questions.
* Be courteous and attentive to all customers.
* Provide an exceptional experience to all customers through constant learning and skill development.
* Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
* Maintain a database of customers that do not purchase on their first visit to encourage them to return.
* Support customer after their purchase by troubleshooting and answering questions.
* Process returns.
* Assist with bi-annual inventory counts.
* Other duties as assigned by the Manager to assist staff.
* Support Daily Store Cleanliness * Participate in Offsite trainings.
* Assist in Guest pick-ups.
*Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED * Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
