In this role, you will be the backbone of administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes to contribute to the success of our sales department.
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide administrative support to the Car Sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
2.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for sales representatives and maintaining their calendars.
3.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate team members.
4.
Prepare and process sales-related documents, such as purchase agreements, financing contracts, and DMV paperwork.
5.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
6.
Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
7.
Generate reports and presentations to assist sales managers in analyzing performance metrics and trends.
8.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover process for customers.
9.
Manage and organize sales events, promotions, and customer appreciation activities.
10.
Assist with customer follow-up to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
1.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
2.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
3.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
5.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Knowledge of automotive sales processes and terminology is a plus.
7.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
8.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
