Account Manager

*Job Overview* * This role requires a self- motivated person with a positive attitude and the ability to promote the company, co-workers, clients, and partners in an optimistic and helpful manner.
* Protect all customer information and company data ensuring that it remains confidential.
* Communicate & work closely with the Branch Manager in all aspects of sales and customer service.
* Promote ESC Central monitoring services.
*Expectations & Responsibilities * * Estimation and Sales of fire alarm and low voltage systems.
* Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer base for promotion of additional products and services.
* Initiate sales process by proactively contacting existing customer base, following up on leads, and engaging in needs analysis.
* Follow up with customers appropriately to ensure high closure rate * Ability to communicate effectively, be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Basic Qualifications:* * High school diploma * 2+ years of experience in design and estimating * Ability to lift 50lbs.
including but not limited to warehouse and customer service duties from time to time.
*Preferred Qualifications:* * Knowledge and experience working with Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, Intrusion, video, and communications low voltage product lines preferred.
* Proficient in using CRM, supply management systems and other relevant software.
