Account Manager

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-oriented individual to join our Sales Team in the Montgomery area.
Our ideal candidate has a drive for achieving goals and building successful long-term client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Four years outside sales experience required.
If you have the desire to learn, we can teach you how to be successful in sales.
*Responsibilities* · Prospect for new customers while growing assigned accounts · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships · Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction · Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule · Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments · Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports · Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends · Continuously improve through feedback *Requirements* · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills · Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs · Relationship management skills and openness to feedback · High School Diploma · BS/BA degree a plus *Benefits* Salary plus commission Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
