We are a results driven and time management based company, Candidates with these skills would be a best fit for us.
While we do understand the need for people to try or move from different industry, however must have staffing( temp agency) experience in to be considered.
Responsibilities, NOT LIMITED TOO:
Recruiting and Placement for any/all jobs needed by any of our clients
Cold calling to various Business to set appointment for new business, Set appointment which includes Bricking
Generate sales leads to sell our brand (when able, to improve branch Revenue)
Meet and/or exceed Recruiting goal and other goals weekly
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders through email, calls and or texting
Build relationships with current clients to increase Service, Sales and referrals.
Fill assigned and assisted with filling orders to help team mates, if needed.
Assist with Social Media growth (Facebook).
Post, share and respond to likes, post and inquires concerning our brand to increase media presents and applicant flow
Assist with Client Growth through needs, ticket, follow up emails and or calls
Recruiting and Staffing for all client needs and filling all jobs on the board within 24 hours of receiving an order unless due diligence prevents you from sending.
Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly, by daily/weekly follow up on their needs
Mass texting to assist with fill jobs, we send text we do not verify through texting.
We pick up the phone to reply and verify.
Posting jobs weekly sometimes daily to achieve application goals for client needs and back filling when needed
I-9’s & E-Verify processes being completed daily and errors are dealt with daily
Collections
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of agents
Provide guidance and support to agents to help them achieve their sales goals
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth operations
Any and all task that will improve the overall branch, not limited too changes or edits to any current process
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related industries
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proven history of management and results within this role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Social Media and job boards experience, posting and Marketing
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Proficiency in Sales Building
Proficiency in Team building, follow-up expert
Proficiency in Time management, decision making and attendance.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in math and able to analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong selling abilities to grow the office revenue
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
