POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the needs of customers and the Marketing department.
This will include handling invoices, reports, and solving customer related issues or requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform Sales Price Verification with customers (e.
price updates from customer) Handle Sales Retro Billing/Invoices.
Update Sales Price Changes in SAP on the parts we sell to customer.
Volume and Revenue forecasting.
Assists with solving issues related to customer’s request Assist with the end of month accrual, revenue, and volume reporting.
Assisting with parts shipments as needed by working with other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERINCE: Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: N/A WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily office work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift up to 25lbs • Ability to focus for extended periods of time • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
