Our General Managers lead and support our team in serving our customers Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items.
The General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the entire restaurant with a focus of building and maintaining a positive atmosphere where members of our team enjoy coming to work and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.
*Key responsibilities:*
· Hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each member of the team.
· Scheduling and deploying the team correctly
· Addressing performance issues
· Assisting in the resolution of customer issues
· Leading the team to achieve our People goal, Customer Service, and financial targets Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
· Organize and supervise shifts
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
· Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
· Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
· Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
*Skills*
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· A history of people development a positive attitude
· At least 3 years of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant required
· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
* Proven customer service experience as a manager
* Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Acute financial management skills

Pay: $50,000.
00 - $55,000.
