Room Attendant

Room Attendant Location: Montgomery, AL, 36105 Job Description The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
This includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and restocking amenities.
The Room Attendant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bathrooms Make beds and change linens Dust furniture and fixtures Vacuum carpets and sweep floors Restock amenities such as towels, soap, and toilet paper Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department Assist with laundry as needed Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
