The Opportunity: PLA Assistant Principals are instrumental in supporting PLA’s vision which includes creating an environment of high standards for both our staff and our scholars.
As an Assistant Principal, you will work closely with the principal to manage all the functions of our campus, including education programs, office operations, scholar enrollment, personnel, and facilities.
As an Assistant principal, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership that supports the success and retention of our scholars and staff.
You will assist the principal in the planning, coordination, and directing activities and programs related to the administration of our school.

The Details: Key Deliverables: 10% increase in Math proficiency 10% increase in ELA proficiency 90% Staff Retention 95% Average Daily Attendance 80% or higher stakeholder satisfaction 95% Student Persistence Meeting annual enrollment goals Experience and Education Requirements: Current Administrators License Proven success as an instructional leader Experience in turnaround work Entrepreneurial, positive problem solver with the ability to see opportunity in challenges Clear judgment, a mature interpersonal style, and the ability to drive collaborative decision-making processes.
